Shenzhen News Network, Longgang Report (Correspondents Qiao Ye and Xie Suzhen) To fulfill corporate social responsibility and put the “Two Studies, One Action” educational campaign into practice, recently, the Party Branch of Shenzhen Longjishun Industrial Development Co., Ltd. organized Party member volunteers and social workers to visit two rural schools—Shihéxīng Primary School and Shānpō Primary School—in Tongzi County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, a historic revolutionary base area, to carry out targeted poverty alleviation and educational support initiatives aimed at helping children realize their dreams. Led by the company’s vice president, representatives including Party member volunteers and social workers from Zhicheng expressed their deep care and encouragement to the children in these mountain villages through “A Letter to Help Children Realize Their Dreams.” They also presented the first batch of educational aid funds totaling 100,000 yuan, bringing warmth to nearly 200 students at the two elementary schools. Company representatives also signed three-year educational sponsorship agreements with both elementary schools to help the children better complete their studies. The event concluded with a chorus of “A Grateful Heart” performed by the schools’ teachers and students.
It is reported that as early as June of this year, the Party Branch of Longjishun Company organized Party members and cadres to travel to Zunyi, Guizhou, to conduct a week-long research trip focused on targeted poverty alleviation. They focused their visit on two rural schools—Hexing Primary School and Shanpo Primary School in Tongzi County—where they learned that students lacked extracurricular books and sports equipment, as well as the prominent issue of left-behind children. With the support of the Party Committee for New Economic and Social Organizations of Longcheng Subdistrict and the Party Committee of Tian’an Digital City in Longgang District, Shenzhen, the company established a targeted poverty alleviation project. It formed a “Party Member Volunteers + Social Workers” task force to fulfill educational dreams in Zunyi’s revolutionary base areas and carried out preliminary work for the project. Mr. Lin Zhishun, the company’s chairman, was the primary initiator of this project. He personally planned, mobilized, and participated in the effort, setting an example for Party members and cadres. The successful implementation of this initiative further enhanced the Party spirit and moral character of the members of the company’s Party branch.
