To strengthen teamwork, enhance cohesion, liven up the park’s cultural and recreational atmosphere, and improve employee job satisfaction, the 2019 Shenzhen (Longgang) Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Leisure Season—along with the 5th Tian’an Digital City Park Sports Meet—kicked off on November 5 at the F-TOWN Vitality Plaza in Longgang’s Tian’an Digital City. This year’s games attracted nearly 2,000 employees from companies across the park to register, with 30 to 40 teams competing in each event. As a key enterprise in the park, Longjishun actively participated in four major sports categories. Over the course of five days, the team demonstrated unity, cooperation, and fierce competition in the four sub-events of the fun games, securing one second-place finish and and two third-place finishes.

With its uniquely lively and engaging format, the fun sports day sparked everyone’s enthusiasm for sports and encouraged them to exercise regularly. It provided a welcome break from their busy work lives, helping them relax both mentally and physically, strengthen friendships, and enhance a sense of collective pride and team cohesion.
