With the 2026 National Two Sessions approaching, the Policy Research Office of the National Development and Reform Commission, in collaboration with China News Network and Zhonghong.cn, has launched a series of reports titled “Heart and Innovation in High-Quality Economic Development—Implementation of the 2025 Plan Report.” The series documents the reflections of National People’s Congress deputies as they fulfill their duties and showcases the vivid practices of the National Development and Reform Commission system in implementing the plan.
