What is Fly-Box?
Fly-Box is a hardware device designed for real-time drone positioning that enables real-time cloud transmission of drone flight data via mobile networks.
Uses of the Fly-Box
Once the total flight time recorded in the cloud system exceeds 100 hours, you can renew your AOPA Visual Line of Sight (VLOS) or Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) pilot rating certificate.
How to Use the Fly-Box
Before using the device, the purchaser (or user) must register an account on the official FIY-BOX mini-program (U-FSC) and upload the relevant drone pilot credentials for verification (trainees are exempt from verification). After verification, the user must add the FIY-BOX and pair it with the drone. Once pairing is successful, the service will provide the customer with flight logs, cumulative flight data, and other services.
If a pilot has accumulated more than 100 hours of flight time recorded in the cloud system, they may renew their AOPA Line-of-Sight or Beyond-Line-of-Sight Pilot Certificate within three months of the certificate’s expiration date by clicking “Apply for Certificate Renewal” in the drone cloud system. To do so, they need only update their personal information; they are not required to take and pass a certificate renewal exam.
U-FSC Cloud System
The U-FSC Drone Flight Service Cloud (hereinafter referred to as the “U-FSC Cloud System”) is a drone cloud system developed jointly by Zhongxin Hang and Beijing Kunpeng Hongyuan Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., under the supervision of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of China (China AOPA). It is based on “Internet Plus” and “Cloud Services”This technology is a real-time flight data monitoring and statistics platform developed by comprehensively considering the requirements of UAV flight operations, UAV certification training, and regulatory oversight by relevant industry authorities, as well as the practical operational needs of general aviation users. It is designed to address the challenges of UAV flight record-keeping, ensure the authenticity and accuracy of flight data, and resolve operational inconveniences in flight plan management and regulatory oversight. The cloud-based system can be integrated with relevant regulatory authorities—including civil and military aviation, public security, and government agencies—to facilitate information exchange with existing platforms.

Fly-Box Fees and Invoices
1. The price of the device is 398 yuan per unit, which includes the cost of the hardware, three years of communication services, and shipping fees;
2. After the three-year equipment communication service fee period expires, the equipment may continue to be used, and the communication service fees will be paid by the equipment user;
3. One month before the device service expires, the management platform will send a renewal reminder via text message to the mobile number registered by the purchaser (or user) on the platform. The purchaser (or user) must pay the full annual fee for the device in a single payment via the official mini-program before the renewal deadline specified in the notification;
4. If you need an invoice at the time of purchase, the merchant can provide an electronic invoice (general VAT invoice). Please provide your invoice information to customer service after completing your order and payment; the invoice will be emailed to you.
After-Sales Service
1. This product is not eligible for a 7-day no-reason return or exchange;
2. During the equipment’s service life, if any issues arise that affect the user’s use due to product quality, we will provide free warranty service; the warranty period is one year from the date of sale; the user shall send the defective equipment to us for repair, and we will return it to the user promptly after repair; shipping costs shall be borne by the user;
3. If repairs are required for reasons unrelated to product quality, we will perform the repairs, and the user shall pay all related repair costs;
4. We will not be responsible for any repair costs or shipping charges if the equipment becomes inoperable due to any of the following circumstances:
A. Quality issues that arise after the equipment’s warranty period has expired.
B. The user has damaged the device's warranty seal without authorization or has disassembled the device without authorization.
C. Damage caused by the user’s improper installation during use.
