Notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on the Publication of Exemplary Cases of Innovative Development in the Non-Cereal Bio-based Materials Industry

To the competent authorities for industry and information technology and agriculture and rural affairs in all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, as well as the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

Pursuant to the “Notice on the Recommendation of Exemplary Cases of Innovative Development in the Non-Cereal Bio-based Materials Industry” (MIIT Joint Circular [2025] No. 225), following enterprise applications, local recommendations, expert reviews, and online public notice, the exemplary cases of innovative development in the non-cereal bio-based materials industry have been finalized (see attachment) and are hereby announced.

Local authorities responsible for industry and information technology, as well as agriculture and rural affairs, are requested to actively promote advanced models and best practices in light of local conditions; strengthen policy support, financial assistance, and the provision of essential resources; accelerate collaborative innovation across the entire industrial chain; and promote the high-quality development of the non-grain bio-based materials industry.
