On March 10, 2026, Zhongxin Hang Group successfully completed the handover and began full-scale operations of the Jiexi County Urban Environmental Sanitation Comprehensive Services Project. The Jiexi project was secured through a strategic partnership between Zhongxin Hang Group and Jinliu Environment. By combining their respective core strengths and leveraging their complementary advantages to achieve a “1+1>2” competitive strategy, the two companies are jointly helping Jiexi enhance its urban quality and contributing their professional expertise to the creation of a National Civilized County-Level City and the advancement of the “Hundred-Thousand-Million Project.”
Implementation of Smart Scenarios Doubles Operational Efficiency
On the first day of the takeover, the streets of Jiexi City presented a scene of operations brimming with “high-tech” flair. Unmanned street sweepers deployed by Zhongxin Hang Group moved precisely along the curbs, efficiently clearing debris from the road surface; drones patrolled the skies, transmitting real-time footage to help managers quickly pinpoint hard-to-reach areas. At the same time, large-scale equipment such as water sprinkler trucks, street sweeper-washers, and mist cannon trucks worked in orderly coordination, forming a human-machine collaborative operation chain that involved “washing the road surface, mechanically sweeping debris, and spraying mist to suppress dust,” ensuring that road cleaning was carried out immediately as debris was generated, leaving no blind spots.
High-Standard Configuration, Building a Solid Foundation for Service
To ensure service quality, Zhongxin Hang Group completed personnel integration and equipment deployment at the very start of the project, deploying a total of more than 20 large sanitation vehicles and more than 60 small-scale operational units, as well as two sets of unmanned sweeping equipment and two drone inspection systems. This integrated approach of “smart equipment plus a professional team” comprehensively addresses the needs of all stages—including street sweeping, waste collection, and transfer—within the urban area, laying a solid foundation for subsequent integrated operations.
Under the overall guidance of the Jiexi County Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau, Zhongxin Hang Group and Jinli Environment worked together efficiently to successfully achieve a seamless integration of personnel, equipment, and operational mechanisms, enabling the project to quickly get on track. Moving forward, the County Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau will focus closely on the overarching goal of creating a clean, attractive, and comfortable urban environment. It will supervise and manage Zhongxin Hang and Jinli Environment to ensure they properly carry out road sweeping and cleaning, facility maintenance, and garbage collection and removal. The Bureau will also strengthen oversight and inspections to actively work toward creating a clean and tidy county environment.
The project has a three-year service period and covers tasks such as street sweeping and cleaning of 1,544,000 square meters of primary and secondary roads in the urban area, waste collection and transport, and the management of public restrooms and transfer stations. It also includes new cleaning services for key areas such as the Wanli Blueway and Sanshan Bridge, benefiting a permanent population of over 100,000.
