On the afternoon of June 19, 2018, the Suizhou Regional Project Service Quality Improvement Mobilization Conference, themed “Survival Through Quality, Development Through Reputation,” was held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the Suizhou Sanitation Bureau. Attendees included Yu Gong’an, General Manager of the Hubei Region (representing the parent company), as well as project managers and administrative staff from Suizhou, Guangshui, Suixian, and various townships. Director Mao Suibing of the Municipal Sanitation Bureau was specially invited to attend the meeting.
At the meeting, project managers were candid in acknowledging their shortcomings and flaws, conducting a thorough analysis of issues in project operational quality and areas for improvement, and formulating corrective measures and plans to overcome bottlenecks and elevate service quality.
General Manager Yu Gong'an delivered instructions and remarks on several key areas, including how to improve the quality of environmental sanitation operations, implement refined management, refine the company’s internal quality assessment system, ensure workplace safety, and increase investment in mechanized equipment.
Director Mao Suibing fully acknowledged our company’s achievements in the market-oriented reform of environmental sanitation in Suizhou and offered highly professional advice and guidance on how to rapidly improve the quality of environmental sanitation operations.
In conclusion, General Manager Yu Gong’an emphasized that quality is the foundation of a company’s survival and development. Cleaning services require continuous improvement and cannot tolerate any complacency or stagnation. While we have made a good start in this area, subsequent improvements and long-term maintenance are even more critical. In future work, the project department must actively respond to the calls of the Party committee, the government, and relevant authorities at all levels; strictly adhere to the head office’s work directives; strengthen internal management; rigorously focus on service quality; strictly enforce supervision and evaluation; solidify the foundation of cleaning services; create a clean and tidy urban environment; and contribute to the development of a beautiful and prosperous Suizhou.
