Recently, the Hubei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the “Notice on Commending the 2019 ”Outstanding Sanitation Workers’ of Hubei Province” (E Jian Ban [2019] No. 196), commending a total of 201 outstanding sanitation workers across the province. Liu Chaobin, a sanitation worker at the Suizhou Branch of Longjishun, received this honor, becoming an outstanding sanitation worker in Suixian County.

Since taking charge of urban sanitation in Suixian County in 2015, Liu Chaobin has remained on the front lines of operations regardless of whether it’s bitterly cold or sweltering heat. By establishing model streets, he has rapidly improved the quality of the urban environment. He cares deeply for his subordinates, keeping the family circumstances and health conditions of every sanitation worker in the project firmly in mind. By managing with compassion and fostering team cohesion, he has built a highly capable and united sanitation team that works through concrete actions to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of Suixian County.

In response to the call from the Sui County Urban Management Bureau, all staff members and sanitation workers are encouraged to follow Liu Chaobin’s example—to emulate her tireless dedication to her work and her willingness to shoulder any burden without complaint, as well as her commitment to her job and selfless devotion—and to contribute their own efforts to the urban management and urban environment of Sui County.
