In August, Longjishun Company celebrated a “quadruple success.” It successfully won bids for the third round of the 2019 market-based outsourcing project for street sweeping and cleaning services in Yongxing County (North City Section); the environmental sanitation, street sweeping, waste collection, cleaning, and landfill disposal services project in Huangqiao Town, Dongkou County; the comprehensive environmental sanitation services project for the Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone in Changfeng, Anhui (Package 1); and the Feidong County Urban-Rural Integrated Sanitation Market-Based Services (Package 2) project, marking yet another qualitative leap forward for the company.
Yongxing County is renowned as the “Hometown of Smelting” and the “Silver Capital of China.” It is also known as the “Hometown of Flue-Cured Tobacco” and the “Hometown of Camellia Oil,” and has been designated by the national and provincial governments as a major grain-producing county, an electrified county, and a key county for hilly and mountainous land development. “Yongxing Rock Sugar Sweet Oranges” won the Gold Award at the Second China International Agricultural Expo, as well as the Gold Award for Famous, High-Quality, Unique, and Innovative Agricultural Products in Hunan Province and the Best-Selling Agricultural Product Award. “Longhua Chunhao” tea, litsea seed oil, dried bean curd sticks, preserved eggs, and firecrackers are exported to Southeast Asia.
Dongkou County is part of Shaoyang City in Hunan Province. Located in southwestern Hunan at the eastern foot of the Xuefeng Mountains and along the upper reaches of the Zi River, it was historically a strategic military stronghold that “controlled Yunnan and Guizhou to the west and dominated Changsha and Hengyang to the east.” This area was traversed by the Red Army during the Long March and served as the main battlefield for the “Xuefeng Campaign”—the final battle of the War of Resistance Against Japan. It is also the hometown of General Cai E, known as “the foremost figure in defending the nation, overthrowing Yuan Shikai, and restoring the republic”; General Yuan Yilie, former Chief of Staff of the Navy; renowned educator Liu Shouqi; renowned writer Xie Pu, and renowned painter Huang Tieshan, as well as the place where Song Wenbo, a national “Model of Love for the People,” grew up.
Established in May 1993, the Anhui Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone is the leading force in Changfeng County’s economy and an integral part of the northern cluster of Hefei’s ”1331” spatial development strategy. In 2012, it was awarded two prestigious titles: ”Anhui Provincial Demonstration Base for New Industrialization” and ”Anhui Provincial Demonstration Zone for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization.”
Feidong is nestled among mountains and beside water, boasting stunning natural scenery. Chaohu Lake, one of China’s five most famous freshwater lakes, encompasses 45 square kilometers of water within Feidong’s borders. The lake stretches out in a vast expanse of misty waters, creating a picturesque scene. The “Four Peaks at Dawn” on Siding Mountain has long been renowned as one of the “Eight Scenic Views of Luyang.” Since the Tang Dynasty, countless poets, scholars, and literati have wandered here, composing numerous verses in response to the scenery that have been recited and celebrated throughout the ages.
