Recently, Rongjiang County in the Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province experienced consecutive episodes of heavy rainfall, triggering two major flooding incidents that caused severe waterlogging in many parts of the urban area. After the floodwaters receded, post-disaster cleanup and environmental restoration became a matter of urgency. In this race against time to carry out emergency relief efforts, the Kaili Branch of Zhongxin Hang (Shenzhen) Industrial Environment Group Co., Ltd. swiftly responded to the government’s call, immediately mobilizing its elite team to rush to the disaster area and devote all its efforts to post-disaster reconstruction.

After Guizhou Province activated its emergency response mechanism, Zhongxin Hang’s Kaili Branch immediately established an emergency rescue team and dispatched specialized equipment—including high-pressure washers, garbage compactors, and mist cannon trucks—to provide urgent assistance. “As a professional environmental services company, we have both the responsibility and the capability to contribute to the recovery efforts in the disaster-stricken areas.”

Under unified command, dredging operations were carried out overnight in the hardest-hit sections and at key locations. To improve cleanup efficiency, various work methods were flexibly applied based on actual conditions, such as “mechanical clearing combined with manual cleanup,” “thorough removal of debris and obstacles,” and “dredging combined with disinfection.” In some old, narrow alleys where machinery could not enter, rescue personnel worked together, carrying debris on their shoulders and backs, to ensure the cleanup proceeded smoothly. A total of 312 rescue personnel and 431 local sanitation workers have been working around the clock. To date, they have cleared 6,696 metric tons of silt and debris, and the dredging work is expected to be largely completed within five days. Moving forward, the various sanitation and rescue teams will continue their efforts to advance the dredging and reconstruction work, helping the disaster-stricken areas restore normal production and daily life as soon as possible.

The floodwaters have receded, but our responsibility remains. Zhongxin Hang will continue to monitor the progress of Rongjiang’s reconstruction and contribute our corporate resources to restoring this beautiful hometown!
