This afternoon, the “Gather Talent · Chart Dreams · Soar: Synergistic Development of Talent and Industry in the Low-Altitude Economy” was successfully held at the Conference Center of Huizhou Technician College. Eager students and faculty posed a series of incisive and forward-looking questions about the future of the low-altitude economy, while the experts on stage, drawing on their deep expertise and keen insights, provided incisive and highly thought-provoking answers. Through this exchange of questions and answers, not only was the boundless potential of the low-altitude sector demonstrated, but a strong consensus and surging momentum were also forged between academia and industry to join hands in “realizing their dreams” and jointly propelling the low-altitude economy to soar to new heights.

At this “Synergistic Development of Talent and Industry in the Low-Altitude Economy” Summit Forum, university-industry collaboration yielded fruitful results and featured numerous highlights; Zhongxin Hang (Shenzhen) Industrial Environment Group Co., Ltd. has already established a low-altitude economy training base at Huizhou Technician College. Through innovative models such as the establishment of this training base, the school and the enterprise have broken down barriers between talent development and industry needs, supplying the low-altitude economy sector with a cohort of multidisciplinary professionals who possess both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Looking ahead, the college and the company will continue to deepen their collaboration, focus on cutting-edge areas of the low-altitude economy, and optimize the talent development system to provide a solid talent foundation for the rapid growth of the low-altitude economy industry, jointly writing a new chapter in university-industry cooperation.
