To the Departments (Bureaus) of Finance of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, and to the Finance Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:
To strengthen the management of funds for key ecological conservation, restoration, and remediation projects, we have revised the “Measures for the Administration of Funds for Key Ecological Conservation, Restoration, and Remediation Projects.” These Measures are hereby issued; please implement them accordingly.
