Announcement by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Three Other Departments on the Publication of the Recommended List of Group Standards for Carbon Footprint Calculation Rules for Industrial Products (Third Batch)

To implement the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the ‘Work Plan for Accelerating the Establishment of a Dual-Control System for Carbon Emissions’” (State Council General Office Document [2024] No. 39) and to accelerate improvements in the management of the carbon footprint of industrial products, establish and improve a carbon footprint management system, and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the State Administration for Market Regulation have, following procedures including recommendations from relevant standardization bodies, expert reviews, and online public notice, finalized a recommended list of 73 group standards for carbon footprint calculation rules for industrial products (Third Batch), which is hereby announced.

This is to give notice.
