On June 29, 2018, while visiting Xianhu Botanical Garden, a resident named Simon accidentally left his backpack on a park bench due to a momentary lapse in attention. It was found by Zeng Xiaoqing, an employee of the company. Since she was unable to contact the owner immediately at the scene, Zeng Xiaoqing waited for Simon for over an hour in the sweltering afternoon heat and eventually returned the lost backpack to him, intact and undamaged.  

Zeng Xiaoqing performed a good deed anonymously. A citizen named Simon searched online for information about the company using the logo on Zeng Xiaoqing’s clothing and notified the company of the incident via email. The company took the matter very seriously and immediately verified the details with the project department. The company commended and recognized Zeng Xiaoqing for her integrity in returning the lost property.
