This project is located in Longgang District, Shenzhen. The initial investment for Phase I was approximately 65 million, Production is currently operating normally, processing 1,000 metric tons of municipal solid waste per day. The facility is equipped with two sorting lines, each with a processing capacity of 500 metric tons, and employs technologies such as seamless waste reception, modular components for drum screen apertures, automated adjustment of drum inclination, tangle-free and snag-free bag-breaking technology, integrated air-classification systems, achieving a municipal solid waste reduction rate of 50% or higher. The implementation of this technology not only reduces the volume of municipal solid waste sent to landfills and extends the service life of landfills, but also significantly minimizes the impact of odors and wastewater generated at landfill sites on surrounding residents and the ecological environment, thereby maximizing the goals of “harmless disposal, volume reduction, and resource recovery” in municipal solid waste treatment.
